Celebrate English Wine Week at the Nest and explore Gusbourne’s Kent and Sussex terroirs whilst enjoying a selection of limited-edition single-vineyard wines. Each wine is crafted with precision to express the soil, microclimate, and fruit of a particular site. You’ll enjoy a guided tour of Gusbourne’s Kent vineyards before you sit down to a side-by-side tasting to experience the difference between wines that come from the Kentish clay soils and the Sussex chalk and flint. After the tasting, the Head Chef will serve a seasonal three-course lunch.
