Located in Folkestone Harbour with panoramic floor-to-ceiling views out over the English Channel, Rocksalt is a perfect location for Valentine's day or a date night. If you can't get a table in the restaurant, they also have a great bar area upstairs which also serves food. Grab a Rocksalt sharing Snack Board with whipped cod's roe, marinated whelks, cockles, pickled mussels, Pork crackling with baked Bramley apple, roasted red pepper hummus, and docker sourdough with salted butter. Their fish menu includes local skate wing, Rye Bay cod, or rice & seaweed-crusted Folkestone squid.
